Program
:
An afternoon lasting approximately 8 hours in order for you
to learn the techniques of stone setting with silver metal clay,
stone setting with flat fine silver bezel wire, stone setting
with silver metal clay in a syringue and stone setting with
a pre-fabricated prong setting.

Material
furnished by the instructor :
- 25g of Art Clay™ 650 clay
- Flat fine silver bezel wire
- 1 4mm zirconium fitting the pre-fabricated prong setting
- 1 other 4mm zirconium for the stone setting with the metal
- Clay syringue
- 1 small cabochon to be set with the flat fine silver bezel
- 10g silver metal clay in a syringue Art Clay™
- 10g liquid paste Art Clay™
- Work surface
- Acrylique roller
- Spacers
- Texture sheets
- COULEUR SHAPER (silicone tool for shaping the clay)
- Files
- Kiln
- Liver of sulphur (LOS) for oxidizing the piece if desired
- Findings for the jewelry
For
all courses and formations, all materials are provided, unless
otherwise mentioned. The tools are loaned for the course. The
silver clay and firing are included in the price.
